is located in Monterrey, N.L. México with a representative
office in México City, where many major Mexican corporations and
banking groups have their headquarters. The firm enjoys an

We are engaged in general corporate practice where we have
helped our clients to comply with the complex Mexican legal
system. We represent both domestic and international clients and
offer assistance and advise in the design and structure of
relevant corporate finance projects, processing the appropriate
governmental authorizations, as well as drafting, negotiation
